Important Information

• All our flights leave from Virginia Airport Durban. 

• Please make sure that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled flight. 

• Prices are for the entire helicopter and include all activities, picnic, food, and drinks. 

• All prices are inclusive of VAT, airport fees, and taxes.

• Weight restrictions apply maximum seat capacity (132 kg). Our flight team will be happy to calculate this for you, so it is very important that you provide your accurate weight.

Cancellation Policy

 • Our goal at Flight is to make your experience and adventure a memorable and exciting one. There are things that happen out of our control and events occur that can be out of your control. If you do wish to cancel your flight please inform us as far in advance as possible. 

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight will be offered an opportunity to reschedule the flight at no charge. 

• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior to scheduled flight will be charged an admin fee of R500 or we can credit this towards a future flight. 

• Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to scheduled flight will be charged at full cost.

• Customers who do not show up for the flight will be charged at the full cost of the flight. 

• Late arrivals will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis depending on aircraft availability, however, latecomers might not be able to fly due to other previously scheduled flights. In this case, 100% of the total flight

• Cancellations made by Flight.tours or the operators due to poor weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances will not incur any charges and we will do our best to reschedule a date and time that suits you or refund you if a suitable date and time cannot be found.
